Project Palooza

During my last two semesters of college I was on a complete craft project hiatus, so following my graduation in May, I decided to whittle down my crafty to-do list. Here are some of my latest projects (and links to the tutorials if applicable).

Fun little twirly skirt for Miss M...this is one of three that I made for her. They are so easy to make and coming from me, (the novice seamstress) that means that they really are easy. I have the actual pattern for this, so let me know if you would like to borrow it.

Matching flower hair clip (which has since been lost....grrr!) Tutorial here.

Burp cloths for Baby #2...

...in several color schemes (I am a fabric junkie!) Tutorial here.

More flower hair clips for the 4th of July.

A little closer view. (Thanks to my sweet friend Heather for the idea and pattern. She is super creative.)

Pretend makeup for Macy. Simply save your empty makeup containers and fill them with nail polish. Fun for the little one, at least 15 minutes of peace for you.

Modge-podged wood letters for my Momma. (Letters from Heartland Paper, paper from Roberts.)

Jewelry organizer for my growing earring collection. Can't find the exact tutorial I used, but if you google "jewelry organizer" you will find several good ones.

Memory box for the little guy. I made one of these for Macy and keep special little mementos in it (like the DVD of her ultrasound, the bow she wore on her blessing day, 1st birthday candle, etc.)

By far my favorite (and most time consuming) project.

I saw a similar mobile at Heartland Paper and did my best to copy it. I think I went back about four times to check it out. They probably think I am either a shoplifter or just crazy.

Fun, fun, fun!

Well, according to my little countdown clock, I've still got six weeks until my next hiatus, so we'll see if I can cross a few more projects off my never ending list. If anyone is up for a craft night, let me know!

You are INCREDIBLE!! I love all of them and feel like I need to make at least 90% of them... O man I miss you! I really need to move back so we can do these fun projects together. PS I think it is great that we are both finally done with school, ALBEDO!

Hey, You are amazing. What is the pattern for the skirt, or where did you get it. I wish that you lived closer. Thinking about you lots.

Sounds like everyone wishes they lived closer to you, including me! I have about a million projects that are unfinished. You are very crafty, I love your style!

way to go you!! Can we say nesting. Good thing your getting you projects in now because if you're still able to accomplish them with one more little dependent I'll have to hate you. Addi just asked me yesterday when Macy was coming over again. We need to meet in the middle some where. We have passes to the aquarium if you could look like my husband I could get you in for free. Anyhow let me know when would work for you!

You are SOOO creative and so good at what you do! You would be good at anything you ever try! Very very cute crafts! Love them all! Wish I had the ambition and creativity to do those things--but I don't so whatever!

Your craftiness is infectious; these all turned out super cute.

And, if you are interested in a less expensive Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bag this time around, Target has a couple now for cheaper. Here's the link: http://www.target.com/gp/browse.html?node=2354677011

Such cute projects. I hope you are feeling okay. I haven't heard if you have any names picked out? You shuld move to Layton. Brett would have a super short commute, you would be closer to family and we could hang out. :).
