After two years of having both Macy's friend birthday party
and family party on the same day,
I still can't decide if I'm smart for doing it that way,
or just plain crazy.
Friend party first.
Macy really wanted a Doc McStuffins party.
My distaste for plastering character images everywhere wanted to
have a straight up doctor party.
We compromised.
We started the festivities off with some coloring pages.
(Pretty much my go-to for any kid party.)
The two little guys Macy invited had absolutely no interest in coloring,
(What?!? Didn't I just tell you that was my go-to?!)
so we busted out the blocks for them.
We played some games,
did a craft,
and still had some time to play doctor.
We're so grateful that Macy has such great friends!
Four hours later...family party time!
The doctor/Doc McStuffins theme continued...
We have the best family!
Happy. happy birthday
to one of the sweetest 6 year olds we know!
