This Is Halloween

It's that time again!
Let the Halloween festivities begin!

First up,
party with the friends.

Per Macy's request, spooky hand punch.

Boo-nanas.

Ugly, yet super delicious candy corn pretzel treats.

No major decor to show-off.
Between planning the preschool Halloween party,
gathering stuff for four costumes,
and baking over 100 cupcakes for the ward carnival,
decorations were low on the priority list.

Guests included,
the kids,

Pitbull and JLo,

Tinkerbell, Captain Hook and Peter Pan,

Characters from Sandlot, Geo and Hello Kitty.
(Long gone are the days of coordinating family costumes.)

So our family costumes didn't have a theme this year,
other than dressing up like a specific someone for Halloween night.

Coleman chose Geo, from the tv show Team Umizoomi.

Macy was Hello Kitty.

Brett and I were Squints Palledorous and Wendy Peffercorn from the movie Sandlot.

The kids had a blast trick or treating,

and came home with a major haul.
Coleman dove right in,

while Macy had a little more of a systematic approach.

Happy Halloween!
