What We Did {May}

Lots happened this month,
most of which I tried to post earlier.
But like always,
there are little randoms that are definitely worth remembering.

Macy got to dress up like a pirate on
"X marks the spot" day at preschool.

We had our first run through the sprinkler.
Can't wait for summer!

Brett and the kids opened up the
"Dad and Kids Cafe"
for my Mother's Day breakfast.

Macy gave me this page she made at school.
I love these...kids always come up with the funniest answers.
Like my favorite food being potato chips.
I don't dislike them or anything,
but I probably only eat them twice a year.
And did you notice what an awesome mom I am?
Who else "be's" nice to their child when they're sick?

We had a dinner for my mom,
so Coleman and Macy got in on some
uncle reading time.

Mother's Day also meant we got to chat with
Aunt Shawnee in Pittsburgh.

And Coleman built his first block houses,
all by himself!
